Small & Large Group Step-On Tours

Service Description

Summer or winter season, your guide steps onto your vehicle and we discover Yellowstone National Park or southwest Montana in the comfort of your vehicle. The vehicle can be a party bus or your own personal vehicle as long as insurance requirements are met. We can meet in Big Sky or West Yellowstone. When booking, please describe which tour of Yellowstone you would like to take: A half day or full day tour. This is a 9-hour tour from Big Sky and approximately a 7 to 8 hour tour from West Yellowstone. If we have to drive from Big Sky to meet the group a $75 charge will be added. From Big Sky, the step-on tour price for 15 people or less is ($500). For greater than 14 guests the step-on tour is $575. For two guides for an all day tour for over 14 guests is $500 for the first guide and $500 for the second guide. The half-day tour guide price is $450. The half day tour from Big Sky is 6 to 6.5 hours in length, while the full day tour is about 9 hours from Big Sky. For step-on tours outside of Big Sky we charge for drive time, which from West Yellowstone is about $75 to $100. The step-on tour for smaller groups includes use of binoculars, spotting scope, maps, and teaching tools. For large bus tours, we will have maps and other visuals to show folks while exploring the Super Volcano. Guests must provide their own meals. Please pack a lightweight jacket, comfortable walking shoes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and enthusiasm. National Park fees, Hot spring fees, or state park fees are extra and purchased by guest. All ages are welcome. 3% of all proceeds go back to Yellowstone National Park to help implement the Commercial Use Authorization programs and their associated education programs.
