Service Description
In the spring or summer, if you’re looking for something truly fun to explore, take our Lamar Valley Wildlife Tour. You’ll discover hidden gems, see lots of waterfalls, see stunning glacially carved terrain, spy on wildlife like mountain GOATS, hike to a stunning view or two, and create memories of a lifetime. Just sign up for a tour and let us take care of all the details. How about witnessing black or grizzly bears or a pack of wolves interact in their ecosystem? This is the tour where we will see Mountain GOATs! Yeah! We travel to the northeast corner of the park for a lunch break viewing these majestic and athletic Mountain GOATs! Note: This is a longer drive than the Full Day Old Faithful Tour and the North Loop Tours, so it may be advantageous to leave earlier in the morning. From Big Sky, this is an 11 hour tour. From West Yellowstone or Bozeman this is a 9 hour tour. There are several hikes to choose from that allow the guest to take in the Yellowstone beauty and unique features away from the crowds. This private, guided TOUR from Big Sky INCLUDES: + Our comfortable 2022 Mercedes Sprinter van seats 7 guests. + All tours are private and customizable. + A knowledgeable certified Yellowstone guide and/or Professional Geologist. + The use of binoculars & spotting scope. + Your guide for the day uses maps & teaching tools to explore the science and background of the Yellowstone Super Volcano & ecosystems. + Guided walks to iconic park locations. + Snacks provided include a variety of nuts, fruit, granola bars, Clif Bars, seltzer, and water. The tour price does NOT INCLUDE: + Meals. + Park entrance fee, bring your Annual National Park Pass. + Guide gratuity. We accept cash gratuities (15-20% is standard). If you enjoyed your tour (service), please tip your guide. We appreciate it. Please pack a lunch, lightweight jacket, comfortable walking shoes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and child-like enthusiasm. From Big Sky, the base price $1159 is for 1 to 3 people. The price increases $100 for every guest after the base price. A 3.1% processing fee and a 4% Resort Tax is added at checkout. From Bozeman, tours start at $1499 for up to 4 guests and $1799 for 5 - 7 guests. Children under 60 lbs must have a child seat. 3% of all proceeds go back to Yellowstone National Park to help implement the Commercial Use Authorization programs and their associated education programs.
Cancellation Policy
We make a commitment to our guests, so when you book a private tour or a private shuttle our commitment is to you. Please keep in mind that we are a single-owner operator, so when we book a private shuttle or a private tour, we do not overbook with other guests, and as result, turn away potential business especially around holidays and during the summer. If you are not committed to the price or date, then please do not book. Therefore, our cancellation policy is strict. To Cancel a booking, please contact us at least three weeks in advance of your scheduled tour or shuttle to receive a refund minus a $50 booking fee. Cancellations less than three weeks in advance will receive a 50% refund minus the credit card processing fee. Cancellations less than 72 hours from scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund. If you need to change your tour or shuttle date, please contact us at least three weeks in advance to check for availability. The full amount of the tour or shuttle is due when booking. Please note that online payments include a 4% Big Sky Resort Tax and a 3.1% processing fee. All refunds will not include the amount used as a service charge for credit card processing. Thank you.
